From crunching numbers in finance to shaping young minds in education, her journey took an unexpected yet fulfilling turn when she became a stay-at-home mom to her two children. Realizing the motherhood space lacked strong Persian American voices, Shila decided to fill that gap with her authentic stories.

From navigating the wild world of postpartum to rediscovering herself through creative storytelling, she’s built a platform that’s all about connection, inspiration, and keeping it real. Over the last decade, her social platform has transformed into a powerhouse digital brand, empowering women around the globe to rediscover their passions and amplify their voices after motherhood. Oh, and her social media game? Unmatched. Five years in, it’s another thriving extension of her mission to uplift and inspire.

Shila is also the proud founder of GlamHeir Jewelry, a luxurious handcrafted collection featuring precious stones and timeless designs. GlamHeir is an evolution of my first venture, ShibyShila Jewelry, launched in 2012, which now shines as a cherished collection within the GlamHeir family.
