Mother’s Day Gift Guide

Mother’s day is around the corner and if you are a procrastinator like I am, you are probably searching the web and the malls for a thoughtful, thankful, and memorable gift. While searching I came across many great gift ideas that I think are worth sharing with you and hopefully will be a little help.

To all the hard working mothers out there young and old, just know that you deserve the best on Mother’s day and every day. That being said, here are my top picks if you will:

I always opt in for a good Day Spa pass with a message, so a Burke Williams gift certificate is always a winner among mother’s day gifts. What better gift than letting them pamper themselves after a long week.

I have also been successful with a gift certificate from Massage Envy. Obviously, it’s not as fancy as Burk Williams but after a good 60-minute massage who cares where you got it from. Also, it’s good for those mom’s that are always on the go.

Grow Gorgeous. This is a product I use myself, and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family. Any product from Grow Gorgeous brand would make a great gift. I absolutely love all their products and it was very difficult for me to choose the top three but here they are:

Candles, candles and more candles. I am obsessed with candles and any chance I get to gift one to a special someone I will use gladly. Some of my favourites are wax candles from Anthropologie. Capri Blue Iridescent Jar Candle is one of the favourites that was given to me by a very dear friend and I have become a fan since. Another favourite of mine is DW candles which you can find here or at any Tjmaxx or Homegoods. They have many scents to choose from and they last a very long time. My favourite of this brand is Peony Petals. One last suggestion for the candle (I told you I was obsessed) is one of my all-time favourites Voluspa. This is an amazing candle that will last a very long time leaving her home smelling like a garden of flowers. My favourite one from Voluspa is ‘Japonica – Yashioka Gardenia’ Large Embossed Glass Jar Candle (Limited Edition).

Amelia Candle ring. This is for the chic mom. If you are certain that this will match her style, you should definitely consider this.

Dogeared Mom necklace. This is such a cute and delicate necklace I almost want one for myself. A very thoughtful gift idea.

Mother & Daughters Bar Necklace Sets. This is a beautiful gift for a mother and daughter. It’s just so beautiful I think. Here is another one.

Joe Malone London. You can never go wrong with a beautiful set of Joe Malone for a Mother’s day or any other day.

Bath and Body Works Set. You can choose from many beautiful prearranged gifts sets or create your own.

Glass Cloche Necklace Holder, Large. This is everything… It’s beautiful, functional and oh so chic. I WANT ONE. Ok back to the Mother’s day gift ideas. I feel like if you give her this one, then come next year you can get the rest of the set for her, given that she likes it of course.

Multi Photo Color Changing Mug. This is a great gift idea for those who have kids. You know how much moms and grandmas love their kids and grandkids. What better way to say thank you than to give them the ultimate gift of a Mug with their faces on them.

For the cooking mom. This is a perfect gift for those mothers who like to be in the kitchen and spoil their children with homemade food, and baked goods. Perfect Mix Nesting Bowl Set. You can even personalize it with her name! How cool….

DIY Gift. This is adorable, and from what I see it’s very easy to make. Photo Bookmarks.

The Juicy Leaf. I came across this beautiful store while walking down Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice Beach. They offer many beautiful arrangements of succulent plants that you can choose from or you can go ahead and design it yourself.

Wine Gift box. The ultimate gift for those mothers who like their wines.
